Technical Specialist (3 positions)
Core responsibilities:
Answering to all customer’s request by providing technical support via phone for business and residential customers.
Job requirements:
- High school or University degree with technical background
- Knowledge/understanding of Windows operating systems, knowledge of Linux is an advantage
- Technical knowledge for internet, TV, telephony and mobile devices
- Exceptional telephone etiquette, patient and diligent
- Knowledge/understanding of IT equipment / Diverse PC knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Team work
- Analytical skills
- Multitasking and proactivity
- Personality: preciseness & accuracy, confidentiality, flexibility, communication skills, analytical skills
- In peak times prepared to work longer hours / stress-resistant.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to efficiently and effectively solve an issue.
- Ability to operate under challenging situations and short deadlines
- Proficient troubleshooter
