Regional Linux Helpdesk

Regional Linux Helpdesk at Move One International.

We are looking for a customer service oriented Helpdesk specialist for our office in Skopje to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as the firm’s front liner and you will solve basic technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas.

Responsibilities
- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
- Walk employees through problem solving process
- Follow up with employees, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution

Requirements
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support in English and Macedonian
- Working knowledge and experience with managing Switch/wireless/Mobile devices as well as help desk software, Linux OS, (standard Open Source software as Open Office, libre office, remote control programs etc...) in a must.
- LDAP, Active directories, etc... is preferred (not mandatory).
- Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Linux and Microsoft certified professional, networking knowledge is preferred (not mandatory).
