As a Junior Product Manager, you will be:
- Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience
- Developing, managing, and maintaining technical content, more specific: technical manuals and user guides, release notes… you get the idea
- Participating actively in working sessions to define the scope and find solutions to business problems and generate new ideas
- Defining and managing a product roadmap and help in prioritizing our backlog in accordance with our customer and business needs
- Providing training and producing support material for members of the sales team
We're looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Software Engineering
- 1+ year in a similar role
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, feature specifications and UX methodologies
- Strong communication skills, whether explaining complex processes to non-technical individuals, or writing tickets that developers love, a confident presenter as well as a a great listener
- Ability to write clear and concise documentation
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated mindset. You get stuff done!
