Position – Team Lead, Menu Team

Responsibilities:

The Menu team is responsible for managing and improving Slice’s consumer facing restaurant menus. The menu team leads ensure all our partners have accurate, reliable, and up to date information on their Slice featured menus.

• Manage and coach a team of Menu representatives  
• Establish processes to ensure the menu team is efficiently entering in new, updating existing, and identifying any errors on menus for our restaurant partners
• Work closely with the the Partner Operations leadership team to plan and execute on strategic initiatives for the menu team
• Provide feedback on the tools and process the menu team uses to manage our menu data and make suggestions to increase employee efficiency
• Monitor the initial uploading and distribution of new menus with the Sales & On-Boarding team to ensure new shops are set up properly
• Coordinate with the Account Management team to continue to optimize processes and menu data transfer between teams to ensure our menu data is kept accurate
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly team quotas and goals
• Use reporting to manage and coach your team.
• Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with your team
• Take a hands-on approach to coach and develop your team into managers and Menu Representative rock stars
• Work with the Head of Partner Operations to Identify, interview and hire Menu Representatives as needed
• Develop culture and motivate your team through incentive programs and continued education opportunities.
• Promote company initiatives and encourage overall team involvement

Requirements:

• Good English written and verbal communication skills
• College Degree preferred
• Excellent Knowledge of American (specifically pizzeria) Menus
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• 1 or more years of experience in data entry or a similar role
• Experience creating and/or implementing new processes or initiatives
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team
• Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding goals
• Stellar time management skills with the ability to recognize and focus on high priority tasks
• Clear understanding of how to make data driven decisions
• Ability to problem solve and handle tough situations
• Collaborate effectively with team members, managers, and department heads
• Easily coachable and welcome feedback for continuous self-improvement
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• Positive and friendly day-to-day mindset
