About the job

We wouldn’t be the industry leader without our successful team from the Carrier center. We’re seeking for Career Specialist to help our students in making sound academic decisions. As a Career Specialist, you will be responsible for the professional development of our students and assist them in their personal growth to find their perfect job.

What you'll dо

• You will work on development and continuous improvement of the services in the Career center,
• Follow the trends and requirements of the labor market.
• Contacting companies through e-mail, phone, or other channels.
• Attending and organizing events, job fairs, conferences etc...
• Answer phone calls from companies and present the services of the Career Center.
• Organize and lead meetings and presentations in front of companies to promote the services of the Career Center and lead the process of realization of the service.
• Preparing offers and contracts for cooperation with companies.
• Communicate with the students, keep records of their education and work experience.
• Supporting companies in the process of selecting candidates that are suitable to their requirements.
• Cooperates with trainers, product owners and marketing departments.
• Provides feedback to product owners about the newest trends on the labor market.
• Produces reports and presents them to the Career center Manager.

 

 

Who you are:

• Professional with previous working experience in HR, consulting or recruiting preferably in the field of IT.
• Have orientation towards results and achieving targets.
• Possess sales skills.
• Can negotiate, persuade, and build relationship with the business community.
• Ability to work under pressure and focus on multiple work tasks at the same time.
• Possess university degree, Proficient in MS Office, Good written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Orientation towards teamwork.
• Ability to work with different types of people.
• Good organizational skills.
• Driver license -Category B.
