Support Manager

Location: Skopje


We’re looking for a Support manager, who will work with our clients to help them get the most out of the BtoBet Neuron omnichannel platform, and the technical support team to reach the team’s goals.


As a support manager you will have sole responsibility for ensuring our clients are confident and happy with their day-to-day use of our platform and their operations.


Job Summary:


  • Responsible for managing the support team, monitoring and coordinating all activities within the team and act as a mentor.
  • Execute operation activities following schedule of daily activities.
  • Diagnosing and solving customer problems /requests or software issues and provide technical assistance to the customers;
  • Test and reproduce reported issues and answer the technical questions; resolve customer problems.
  • Monitor performance of the systems and other relevant activities related to this position.


Key responsibilities and accountability:


  • Identify, develop and perform the implementation of business goals and strategy
  • Plan, coordinate and perform the daily and project operations
  • Perform all job functions using positive and constructive methods regardless of difficult or challenging circumstances.
  • Responsible for scheduling and coordinating new release deployments
  • Empower team collaboration
  • Ensure that all the products and services you provide always exceed customer expectations
  • Enforce constant gaining, sharing and using new knowledge while performing duties, embracing continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate high level of professionalism in all business activities including attitude, appearance, co-worker interaction, client interaction, correspondence and telephone manner
  • Conduct appropriate contacts and relations with clients that may lead to achieving the goals of the company
  • Responsible to follow the standards and procedures in the company
  • Responsible to improve the quality of the processes
  • Perform any other related duties incidental to the work described herein


Good to have:

  • Sports Betting and Casino gaming experience
  • Prior technical support experience
