Regional Technical Support Engineer
 
Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed education as Telecommunications engineer with very good understanding of mobile/IP networks
  • At least 2 years of experience in a support and/or deployment role
  • Advanced expertise in computer networking (Routing/Switching, etc.)
  • Strong experience with Cisco SP equipment or relevant IP experience with other vendors in the area of Service Provider business
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Fluency in English (Level B1)
  • Strong soft skills to interact with customers
     

Responsibilities:

  • As Regional Technical Support Engineer contact you provide support to local customers in Macedonia
  • Act as interface between the customers and our centralized Kapsch CarrierCom engineering, deployment and L2/L3 support organizations to ensure that technical questions and issues are handled in a professional and timely manner as per contractual obligations
  • Provide hands-on support during installation, integration and acceptance activities at customer’s premises
  • Provide answers for general usage and operational questions and issues
  • Support customer and internal support teams to identify root cause of technical problems and by providing/implementing solutions
