We are expanding our team of Psyentists, and therefore we are looking for an HR Consultant to join our team. Are you interested in topics such as talent/organizational development, human performance, and well-being? Yes? Then this might be just the role for you.
You'll have the opportunity to help and work closely with one of our clients (an award-winning Berlin-based UX/UI design agency) to enhance their organizational growth and elevate their performance. By doing so, you'll have ownership over aspects such as employee engagement, retention, performance, culture, work satisfaction, learning, and development. Additionally, together with colleagues at Psyent you'll be creating and implementing new HR consultancy services and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing positive organizational culture by carrying out activities that promote the company's values and address the employees' needs;
- Defining, implementing, and improving the onboarding processes;
- Conducting bi-weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with employees and providing support for further professional and talent development;
- Defining Talent Development practices/programs;
- Ensuring appropriate implementation of the Employee Rewards & Recognition policies, Career Paths, and Performance Reviews.
- Advising on business structure, procedures, processes, employer branding, and human resources utilization.
- Developing and implementing new HR Consultancy programs and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar
- 2+ Years of experience in relevant positions
- Previous experience in implementing talent development and employee engagement strategies
- Fluent/Excellent English Language Skills
- Additional certificate or Degree in Human Resources would be an asset
- A Master's degree in organizational psychology would be an asset
- Strong communications skills and growth-oriented mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
