Dispatch manager/Supervisor with experience or a Dispatcher with at least 5 years of experience in trucking business who can form a strong team and be leader of that office:

• Conduct team performance reviews and conduct training of team members to maximize their potential.

Dry Van and Flatbed Dispatch:

Job Responsibilities and requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Excellent spoken and written English is essential for obtaining the job position);
• Daily communication with drivers and finding best loads for them;
• Negotiating with brokers and booking the loads;
• Building relationships with drivers and brokers;
• Identify current market needs
• Ability to multitask;
• Help tracers to solve bigger problems on some of the load;
• Understand department of transportation hours of service rules;
• Working hours are from 2pm-11pm time;
• At least 5 years of OTR dispatch experience preferred;
• *Our Dispatchers don’t enter loads into Pro transport, nor send “proof of delivery” to the broker.

***Dispatchers with 5 year "verifiable" experience (in the last 5 years without gap in employment history) in Trucking business have $2000 flat starting position.

 

Track and Trace:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Excellent spoken and written English is essential for obtaining the job position);
• Daily communication with drivers and keep track of their ETA’s for pick up or delivery and inform dispatch about any issues;
• Help driver with problems that can occur at shipper’s and receiver’s place (with the pick up numbers or appointment time and numbers);
• Provide broker with the “proof of delivery” once the driver is empty;
• Ability to multitask;
• Understand department of transportation hours of service rules.
• Working hours are from 2pm-11pm;

***Average pay for experienced tracer is $1500.

 

Log Book supervisor and staff:

Job Responsibilities and requirements:

• Basic written and verbal communication skills;
• Monitor drivers log books;
• Keep track of violations and warn drivers;
• Understand department of transportation hours of service rules is a MUST!
• Working hours are from 7am-3pm; 3pm-11pm; 11pm-7am.

***Supervisors starting pay $1500. Average experienced Staff pay is $800.

 

Recruitment Specialist / Driver Recruiter:

Job Responsibilities and requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Excellent spoken and written English is essential for obtaining the job position);
• Source potential candidates through online channels and communicate with them via social platforms;
• View driver applications and evaluate if they meet the position requirements;
• Plan interview and set up screening calls, initial assessments and interviews;
• Working hours are from 3pm-11pm.

***Average pay for experienced Recruiter is $1500.
