Sales Representative

Requirements:

• 1+ year in field of sales, preferable in building/construction industry
• university degree 
• working knowledge of English language and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
• valid driving license B category
• excellent interpersonal skills, strong sales drive, team oriented with strong integrity and emphasized initiative and negotiation ability

 

Responsibilities:

• development of sales network, sales activities and management of existing customers 
• monitoring of the market, customers’ needs and competitors’ offers 
• finalize negotiation of business terms and conditions with customers
• providing logistics and market support to customers 
• providing technical support and relevant product certificates to customers
• preparing of weekly and monthly action plans
• planning, preparing and realizing of promotional events
• making proposal for the modification of the price and business policy if necessary to achieve the strategic goals
• regular reporting to management
