VERV Group LLC is a property and hospitality agency located in London, UK. We specialize in property management of multiple assets on behalf of high-net-worth clients and independent landlords. Our job is to handle everything from typical rental collections to converting standard properties to high-spec excellence and delivering a high rental field as a result.   Administrator&Customer Support Adviser.

• Your main responsibilities will include:
• Answering telephone calls and providing customer support
• Responding to emails 
• Using multiple software
• Data entry tasks
• Find applications for properties in our portfolio
• Finding Applicants for our properties

Our ideal candidate:

• Has excellent written and spoken English
• Has relevant experience in the industry 
• Is tech-savvy and willing to learn and adapt
• Is approachable, communicative, and quick-witted 
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an advantage
