Radix Technologies is seeking for a motivated French Speaking Technical Support to join our team in Skopje, Macedonia.

 

About you:

• Advanced in both French and English, written and spoken
• You are technology savvy and have some experience with IT
• You are able to pick up the phone and call clients and prospects
• You are a problem solver and love to help people out
• You have positive attitude
• Intelligence, adaptability, and flexibility are your virtues
• Information Technology degree is a plus.
• Experience as customer support is a plus.
   

What will you do:

• Interact directly with Radix customers to answer questions and solve problems

• Help resolve technical support inquiries from customers and maintain the high levels of customer support and satisfaction we are known for.

• Collaborate closely with our technical staff to improve our products and services
