InTec System, a reputable Macedonian IT company, is hiring the experienced IT Operations Engineers, for its operations locally, as well as regionally on the market of SE Europe.  Having HQ offices in Skopje, InTec System is providing quality managed IT services to its clients based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO/IEC 20000-1 : 2011 package of standards.  We are dynamic and exciting company. The ideal candidate will be with high integrity, dedicated, customer focused and above all proficient in communicating responsibilities and deliverables with Clients.

Responsibilities:
- Delivering a client focused service experience for technology user queries in a professional and timely manner while demonstrating the highest standards of written and verbal communication.
- Undertaking coordinated incident management in liaison with other operational teams.
- Ownership of technology problems or requests until satisfactorily resolved.
- Working with other Service Desk staff and other onsite technology teams to deliver continual service improvement and ensure business requirements are being met.
- Provide 24/7 support on a schedule basis
- Providing high-level support of the Microsoft and Linux SOE (both desktop and server)
- Advanced knowledge of web and application servers, as well as load balancing (Apache Httpd, Apache Tomcat)
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
- Ability to support and troubleshoot issues with technologies: including but not limited to: Networking (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, Cabling), Remote Access Connectivity, VoIP Telephony including mobile phones
- Thorough knowledge of Desktop, LAN, peripheral device installation and support is essential.
- Familiarity with Android and Apple based phones and tablets, and associated management software
- Ability to acquire knowledge business applications where first\second level support may be required

Required skills:
- over 3 years Microsoft Windows Server experience
- experience managing servers, storage and other IT infrastructure
- experience managing virtualisation (VMware., Xen, HyperV)
- experience with networking and associated infrastructure
- experience with back-up technologies
- good understanding of Service Desk tools and practices
- basic to good understanding of ITIL (certification is advantage)
- experience with International clients preferable
- ability to work with international teams
- excellent English skills
- proficient communication skills (verbal and written) which are oriented towards customer satisfaction
- ability to work in a team with minimal supervision
- dynamic team player, that can undertake a job and get it done
