We are looking for self motivated and professional call center representatives to join our talented team. You will be responsible for warming up leads for meetings in USA.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of the English language for both written and verbal communication
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills                                                                                            
• Ability to manage large number of calls in a timely manner                                    
• Ability to Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives
• Experience in cold-calling

Working hours: 3pm - 11 pm / 5 pm - 1am
