iSource LTD is seeking Electrical Engineer, specialization: Telecommunications for the office in Bitola.

Responsibilities: 

• Plans network installations by studying customer orders, plans, manuals, and technical specifications;
• Apply systems engineering, telecommunications and networking engineering, and information assurance principles; define and document system requirements; support planning and scheduling activities; perform technical analyses of vendor capabilities; perform feasibility analyses and technical risk assessments;
• Analyze customer needs and requirements;
• Design telecommunications equipment and systems, and keep them up to date;
• Prepare and present reports and proposals on telecommunication-related problems.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (plus) in a technical discipline such as Electrical or Systems Engineering, with a concentration on Telecommunications;
• Experience with Mobile Tower EMI (Electromagnetic Magnetic Interference) and radiation profile analysis;
• Experience in the areas of telecommunications employed by a telecommunications service provider or equipment manufacturer is considered as a plus;
• Up-to-date knowledge of engineering methods, technology and industry trends;
• Knowledge of AutoCad;
• Design skills, and skill in interpreting drawings and designs;
• Good knowledge of English language;
• Excellent computer skills and communication skills;
• Creativity, innovation and attention to detail;
• Ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment, demonstrate teamwork and initiative;

• The ability to analyze complex problems and assess possible solutions;
• Advantage will have candidates knowing work with ZTE and Huawei, Vodafone, Nokia and other TelCo Equipment and wireless signal transfer.
