On behalf of our client, DEKRA is looking for:

  • Customer Support Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email and live chat;
  • Utilizing internal tools to address and take ownership of customer concerns;
  • Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex queries;
  • Working closely with our diverse international team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a remote setting;
  • A team player mindset, eager to collaborate and support colleagues;
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service;
  • A willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Customer Service and Responsible Gaming processes and tools;
  • Previous experience in the gaming industry.
