Junior Recruiter (German speaking)
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our international team of consultants and support our recruiting process.
Recruiter responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, creating and posting jobs ads, doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews. You’ll assist other recruiters, account managers and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly. Ultimately, you’ll help our company find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles.
If you’re enthusiastic about the world of recruiting, tech-savvy, and an excellent communicator, we’d like to meet you. As a Junior Recruiter, you would actively receive full training and apply new skill sets and knowledge from day one.
Your Role:
- Work with department leads to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
- Creating and posting job ads
- Source IT Professionals via networking, headhunting, LinkedIn, social media, and other innovative approaches and build a tech talent pipeline
- Receiving and handling applications
- Assist teams in screening resumes
- Conduct initial phone/online screens
- Schedule calls and interviews
- Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity when working with our candidates
Your Skills:
- Fluent in German is a must
- Recruiting experience preferred, but no experience is required - we provide paid training and mentoring program
- College degree is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- General knowledge in IT roles is a plus
- Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
- Driven by creating the best possible candidate experiences
