JOB BRIEF

We are expanding our team of Psyentists, and therefore we are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Do you see yourself headhunting some of the best tech/business talents worldwide while making a huge impact both on the client's side and internally? If you are entertained by having full ownership over the end-to-end recruitment process, while implementing best practices, coordinating Hiring Managers, and owning key innovation initiatives, then this might be just the role for you.

You'll have the opportunity to help and work closely with one of our clients (one of the fastest-growing international tech scale-ups) to expand their teams with top talents. You will play a crucial role in their growth and success, by attracting and identifying the best talents, and ensuring excellent candidate experience throughout the complete hiring journey.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Act as a partner, advisor, and expert to hiring managers and demonstrate leadership for all things related to recruiting within the assigned department;

·       Source, identify, and attract world-leading candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques across different channels;

·       Screen/interview applicants and sourced candidates to ensure right match;

·       Build strong talent pipelines, track candidates' progress, and follow up on tests, interviews, and hiring status;

·       Lead or join key initiatives to build best practices, improve our rec processes and candidate experience;

·       Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

·       3+ years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

·       Superb English communication skills, both verbal and written

·       Experience sourcing tech candidates internationally across different channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack overflow, x-Ray, etc.)

·       Experience with conducting interviews using multiple methodologies.

·       Experience with setting up recruitment strategy and/or processes.

·       Self-starter, achievement-driven, and proactive

·       High level of integrity

·       Comfortable with working in a fast-paced & start-up environment
