We are looking for a Customer Success Manager.

If you are a growth-oriented person who can help our customers to achieve their goals and strengthen their relationship with the business, we want to hear from YOU.

As a Customer Success Manager in our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Business Development Team
  • Managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients
  • Developing long-lasting relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements into well-architected solutions
  • Proactively working to understand and address the customers’ needs by listening to their issues and suggestions, and providing feedback to their requests
  • Managing leads’ quality control and lead generation processes
  • Copywriting: phone scripts, emails, and other sales messages
  • Managing and reviewing the sales pipeline and suggesting improvements and next steps
  • Analyzing and interpreting data
  • Creating reports and presentations to provide relevant information to existing clients
  • Proactively presenting enhancement ideas to the clients
  • Soliciting customer feedback and working with the Business Development Team to drive the work plan execution and meets customer and business needs
  • Working hours: US Time Zones (Monday to Friday)

Requirements:

  • 1+ year sales management or account management experience in the
  • marketing industry
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with outstanding communications skills
  • Tech-savvy
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to drive several accounts at once
  • Entrepreneurial mindset (ability to understand different business models in a short period of time)
  • Professional approach
  • Strong negotiation skills
