This service includes also solutions for distribution to the key accounts and traditional retail network in Sofia and the country, while we have different types of ambient and temperature-controlled vehicles and warehousing capacities for frozen (-18/-16°С), chilled (+2/+6°С), light chill (+8/+12°C) and chocolate (+14/+18°C), as well as pharma (+15/+25°C).

Meanwhile, bERS Logistics can cross-dock, accept goods, warehouse (long-term) and fulfil orders in facilities with ambient and temperature-control capacities from -18°C up to +25°C, according to the requirements of the Food Safety Agency, the Drug Agency and Good Distribution Practices, ISO 9001:2015 and IFS Logistics standards.

In 2018 bERS Logistics started local operations in North Macedonia via the subsidiary bERS Skopje DOOEL and in September 2019 bERS Logistics is opening a new central logistics center in Skopje, where bERS Logistics is ready to provide management and execution of complex solutions for ambient and temperature-controlled warehousing and transport logistics on the territory of North Macedonia.

In view of the expansion of bERS Logistics and the operational requirements for a warehouse management role in Skopje, bERS Logistics is a looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager.

Job Functions:

• Communicates extensively with client and internal teams via email and telephone in Macedonian and/or English languages with regards to warehouse services and shipment requirements;
• Maintains receiving of client merchandise, warehousing, and distribution operations by enforcing and conforming to bERS Logistics company policies and procedures;
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling, assigning, administering and monitoring warehousing service tasks via bERS Logistics Warehouse Management System (WMS); assists with and follows up on all work results;
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with bERS Logistics WMS data;
• Responsible for challenging oneself and coming up with new ways of working; looking beyond the obvious for all relevant facts and information;
• Minimize potential problems by anticipating and preparing in advance;
• Controls planning and organizing work schedules and provide interrupted storage process;
• Takes part in budgeting and planning of the employees and volumes;

Skills/Qualifications:

• People management;
• Excellent internal and external customer service;
• Deadline-oriented and time management skills;
• Communicative skills – verbal and written;
• Practical abilities to manage warehouse processes and employees;
• Experience in planning and budgeting material and immaterial resources;
• Excellent computer literacy, specific warehouse software, SAP system and WMS administration is an advantage;
• University degree – Economics, Trade, Logistics, Business Management or relevant;
