Transportation and Logistics Company based in the USA with more 90 trucks is looking for a Van or Flatbed Dispatcher to join our team in Skopje.

• 2 Years of EXPERIENCE in USA transportation and logistics is required. 
• This is a “Work from Office” position - 2nd shift.
• English is the primary language for internal and external communication.

Responsibilities

• Booking loads
• Ensure loads are picked up and delivered on time
• Schedule pickups and deliveries 
• Develop long-term customer relationships
• Communicate and build good relationship with drivers
• Comply with D.O.T. regulations and standards 
• Understand Hours Of Service and ELDs - KeepTrucking & Samsara

Requirements: 

• Excellent English skills (Spanish is a plus).
• Excellent Computer skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in fast and dynamic environment
• Ability to multitask.

Compensation:

• TBD based on previous experience and skills
