Macedonian market is showing continuous increase of interest for online stock exchange trading and to support that, FXLider is expanding its successful Macedonian department. We’re looking for an ambitious: 

Client Representative
Location: South-East Europe headquarters in Belgrade

The Client Rep is an all round professional, responsible for potential clients which approach us to trade online on world stock exchanges. It’s not a ‘call center agent’ and he/she is not looking for potential clients. Our potential clients approach us via all kind of marketing channels with strong interest to trade with one specific-  or more different instruments and we provide them qualitative guidance in order to make them profitable traders.

Some of your main responsibilities (will be performed in Macedonian language):

• Demonstrating products and services to existing/potential Macedonian clients and assisting them in selecting those which fit client’s needs
• Customer- and platform support to Macedonian clients
• Communication with clients (daily basis) on Macedonian market
• Making telephone calls (no cold acquisition) and in-person visits/presentations to existing and prospective Macedonian customers
• Taking part in expert seminars/Open Days and webinars in Skopje
• Reporting to the management and creating monthly/daily plans
• Working in customised, state-of-the-art CRM database

What are we expecting from you?

• Faculty degree is preferable (economic and financial faculties are advantage)
• Experience or affinity with commercial approaches
• Fluency in Macedonian language, English is preferable (but not a must)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Client, service and result oriented attitude; strong will to succeed
• Ambition to grow to into new position(s) within the company
• Will to gain new knowledge and skills; eager to bring yourself to the highest professional level
