Job description:
The ‘Senior System engineer’ is technical consultant/engineer with a focus on Microsoft Technologies and various Storage Systems. As a Senior System Engineer you will be responsible for development, implementation, support and improvement of company’s customers IT infrastructure including servers storages and services.
Day to day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Provide cloud and on-premises services operational support
- Automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks
- Select and define the right components to be used while implementing the solution
- Implementing and supporting various storage systems
- Resolve incidents on time and complete changes
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent
- Background in IT infrastructure, Windows systems, Storage technologies, Databases, Network, Virtualization and other IT areas
- Technical understanding of Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL DB
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Professional experience of at least 5 years of relevant work place.
You should have a passion for technology, and you like to work on different projects with the latest technologies. If you are creative, open and flexible and you can operate as a team player. In addition, you are result-oriented, show initiative and communicate clearly.
