Call Center Agent

We are looking for an experienced insurance Call Center Agent to connect with our insurance customers. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer queries, dealing with complaints, and providing potential customers with detailed information about our products

• Learning and understanding company insurance products.
• Answering calls and responding to customer complaints.
• Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules.
• Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products.
• Recommending available products.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of German language
• Proven working experience as an Insurance Agent or relevant experience
• Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
