Mechanical Technician

AIR-CONDITIONING/MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Living in Skopje
High-school graduated (Preferably graduated from Business High School / Vocational High School)
Experience at working on Air-Conditioning / Mechanical Intallation at work-site
Experience of working at Air-Conditioning / Mechanical Installation Technical Service Department is an asset
Minimum 2 year experiences in a similar organization
Experience of repairing breakdown, maintenance, installation (mounting/demounting) of Air-Conditioning/ Mechanical Devices
Knowledge about basic VRV/VRF, Fancoil, Heat Pump, Rooftop, Air Handling Unit, Air Curtain equipments Repair&Maintenance and can follow those processes
Knowledge about basic Ventilation Systems
Knowledge about basic Fire Sprinkler, Water Booster System, Fire Cabinet, Fire Extinguisher Equipments Repair&Maintenance and follow those processes
Knowledge about basic Sliding Doors, Shutter equipments Repair&Maintenance and follow those processes
Knowledge of basic elevator and escalator equipments Repair&Maintenance and follow those processes
Compatible working with teammates and result-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Ability of process monitoring and reporting
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Valid driver's license and active driver
Be free to travel
Excellent command of both written and spoken English (preferably good command of Turkish)

Job Description

For Existing & New Opening LCWAIKIKI Stores:

Repairing Air-conditioning/ Mechanical System breakdowns
Maintaining Air-conditioning/ Mechanical equipments periodically
In case it is unable to find solution, get approval from the Head Office, taking local support and process monitoring
Keeping Air-conditioning/ Mechanical equipments store inventory lists updated and reporting
Reporting labor to the Head Office Engineer
