Business analyst


What you will be doing (hopefully):

  • Work cross-functionally internally and externally to ensure that requirements are met and completed on schedule,

  • Prepare and manage project plans for onboarding new clients,

  • Identify risks and dependencies for implementation. Follow-up with customer to resolve,,dependencies and manage issues and bottlenecks in the implementation process,

  • Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, or other results.

  • Responsible for the quality, accuracy, completeness and usability of the documentation,

  • Communicate with the support team to analyze issues, dependencies and risks and work with product owners and development team to plan solutions and improvements,

  • Act as a communication bridge between management and customers, and maintain high level of customer satisfaction.

What you should know/have:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required to drive multiple complex implementations simultaneously,

  • 2+ years of experience as Business analyst or similar role in IT sector

  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate extensive interactions in a matrixed organization, and with multiple large-scale customers,

  • Outstanding customer-facing skills. Proven experience in working on client site are highly desirable,

  • Ability to work independently, be resourceful, and self-accountable for achieving implementation and customer satisfaction targets,

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to regularly communicate with stakeholders internally and externally,

  • Macedonian and English language - Full professional proficiency

Extra credit for the following:

  • Experience implementing ERP solutions or in a role at enterprise tightly related to administering software solutions

  • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills, comfortable with G suite apps, Microsoft Office apps, CRM, team collaboration apps

  • Knowledge regarding operational workflows and processes at domestic enterprises

  • Exposure to enterprise accounting system

  • Comfortable with SQL,

  • Expertise in technical analysis of large-scale software development projects,

  • Laugh naturally once in a while
