Spanish Speaking Customer Success Specialist

Clonestorm Trader is looking for a flexible "people" person who sees themselves as a go-getter and welcomes the challenge of meeting the needs of a growing business. 

The ideal candidate should be proficient in the Spanish and English languages and have some interest in the marketing world. 

A large portion of your time will be spent identifying the unique needs of our customers and understanding the way they think and function.

 

Additionally, you will become a Clonestorm Trader expert, using this skillset to support our customers with ongoing product support, new processes and guide our customers so they understand the value that they can receive from our products.

 

You will be responsible for: 

  • Supporting customers and users who need help

  • Contacting and responding to emails leading prospects into potential customers. 

  • Qualifying leads and passing onto sales or escalating the communication to management

  • Translating Video guides in Spanish

  • Translating Marketing campaigns and content for the Spanish-speaking market (Spain-South America)

  • Collect customer insights/feedback/data and communicate learnings with product/marketing/sales through 

 

Who you are

  • As a customer success specialist, you’re often the first face of the company when a lead visits our website and tries out our product. 

  • You’re also often the first person to engage with customers who might have a problem or a question. Thus it’s important that you have a great understanding of both our target audience and the Clonestorm Trader product. 

  • You’re confident to engage with customers, whether via chat, email or video call. You enjoy engaging with customers, but you also like to ideate and build processes to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experiences. 

 

Key Outcomes

The Customer Success Specialist will play a key role in working directly with new and existing customers to ensure a smooth subscription process and to keep the communication going.

 

In this capacity, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate your teamwork by assisting Sales with upsell opportunities

  • Communicate with customers/leads to gather insights and document feedback to assist Product Management, Marketing, and Sales

 

 

Requirements

  • Spanish and English Language proficiency - Fluent/Native level (lesser candidates will not be considered)

  • Strong social skills, allowing you to function in a team setting and to establish relationships with valued customers 

  • Strong computer skills and experience (MS Office, Google Docs) 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience

  • Comfortable using and learning new technology

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, no-two-days-the-same environment

  • Experience in the marketing technology space is a plus

  • Experience from working in sales, marketing or customer success roles is a plus.
