Tabellarius is an IT company, based in Skopje, working on development and selling of our own web-based data-management and communication-system. We are expanding the team and we are looking for:

About the job

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Sales managers must collect and interpret complex data to target the most promising areas and determine the most effective sales strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Set sales goals & quotas, build a sales plan, analyze data and sales territories
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
  • Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services
  • Determine discount rates or special pricing plans

 

 

Requirements

  • Academic degree in Economics, Marketing or any related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Efficient sales skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional European language is only a plus (French, Italian or German)
  • Self-motivated and ambitious
  • Team player and a fast learner
