For our branch in Zhelino, we are looking for a talented, experienced and initiative personality in the following position:

PRODUCTION PLANNER

Responsibilities:

• Prepares daily/weekly/monthly production plan and ensures that each production line is planned effective by materials and available / future manpower request;
• Responsible for the capacity plan, material availability and the continuous tracking of the daily output
• Tracks production related KPI´s such as efficiency and down times of the lines
• Maintaining an optimal level of inventory in terms of production line capacity and planned sales.
• Ensures the production starts/ends on time
• Leads the daily shopfloor meeting with all production related departments
• Plans, schedules and monitors material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations.
• Assist purchasing in coordinating and planning supplier deliveries.
• Tracks down and report on material shortages and provide immediate resolution.
• Monitors inventory status

Requirements and qualifications:

•     Bachelor degree in technical related field
•     3+ years work experience in similar function ideally in the field of commercial vehicle industry
•     Advanced knowledge of MS-Office
•     Experienced with ERP-Systems in storage balancing (Knowledge of SAP R/3)
•     Good English knowledge in speaking, reading and writing.
•     Ability to work in team, Individual initiative and flexibility
•     Organizational skills are a must
