HR Recruiter
Objectives of the position:
· Supporting all human resources functions of the site including recruitment, documentation, support, and assistance for all HR functions by corporate guidelines.
· Managing our full cycle recruitment, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
Job Description
· Supporting the design and implementation of the overall recruiting process
· Contact potential candidates
· Preparing personnel recruitment-related activities (job posts, interviews, consultations, etc.,)
· Conducting phone screenings and filtering candidates for open positions
· Evaluation and assessment of potential employees
· Preparing and maintaining personnel-related records, reports, and statistics;
· Use various social media networks or sourcing channels to look for and connect with potential candidates
· Participate and host recruitment events and job fairs
· Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and practices
· Fulfilling the tasks deriving directly from the position without being directly ordered so
· Meeting with new potential clients
About you
· Excellent spoken and written English
· Experience as a recruiter or in Human Resource function;
· Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
· Great verbal and written communication skills
· Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment;
· Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects promptly;
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
· Ability to analyze and revise operating practices and processes to improve efficiency;
· Reliability, flexibility, resilience, loyalty, and discretion;
· University degree is considered a plus.
