International technology and solutions provider BtoBet, considered as a leader in its field in the iGaming industry, is seeking to recruit an experienced and professional Human Resources and Recruiting Officer to manage its international teams’ branches from its office in Skopje, Macedonia.


The Role

The candidate should have a full-cycle HR experience, from talent sourcing, interviewing and hiring great employees to proactively create a sense of teamwork and community regardless of where they're located.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafts and nurtures our HR policy.
  • Promotes and implements human resource values by planning and managing human resources and recruiting programs.
  • Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Follows the interests of our employees and proposes best practices of how to establish the most productive and beneficial environment for the team.
  • Follows the industry trends, and seeks to build employees’ potential to support our business. 
  • Works on the company’s strategy for promoting the best recruiting process.
  • Establishes a feasible approach to managing the necessity of new job openings in the company.
  • Cultivates a strong relationship with the managers to understand the ideal profiles needed, and thus find the best candidates or the job openings and match our organizational culture.
  • Travelling responsibilities - to keep a close and intense relationship with our team


Daily Basis activities:

  • Settles and fulfils successful hiring processes. 
  • Manages all aspects related to Human Resources.
  • Takes care of Benefits and Employee Administration planning and management. 
  • Execution of training and corporate events.
  • Performance Management. 
  • Implements and reviews the Internal Communication Processes. 
  • Takes care of Compensation and Wage Structure planning and execution. 
  • Takes care of Compensation and Wage Structure planning and execution.


The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Social science, Business, or Organization Development.
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources area and positions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop Human Resources staff members.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant on the executive management team that provides company leadership and direction.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and skills in database management and record keeping.
  • Experience and deep understanding of the employment laws in all countries where BtoBet offices are located.
  • Exercises a high level of confidentiality Excellent organizational skills.
  • Subject to travelling and using a vehicle.

  • Above average oral and written communication skills in English.
