Job Title: Business Development Coordinator
Reports to: County Manager
Job Type: Full Time Job
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordination with HQ Business Development Unit for the collection and listing of opportunities identified by each Business Areas according to areas expertise;
- Preparation of weekly report to be presented at the Business Development Meeting for go / no go evaluations;
- Coordination with HQ Business Development Unit for the preparation of documentation for EoI / proposal set for follow-up; This will include:
- Editing the Company References in accordance with the requirements of each publication;
- Preparation of CV-s according to bits requirements;
- Preparation of Abkons presentation according to the specific requirements of each field of activity.
- Periodic monthly updating of the Project Database according to the development dynamics of each BA;
- Liaison and coordination with the headquarters offices in Albania regarding the activities of Business Development Unit;
- Continuous maintenance of data on the activity of Business Development Unit and preparation of monthly statistics for monitoring the KPI for each Business Areas

- Proven working experience as a business development, sales executive or a relevant role;

- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy;

- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
