DUXGroup is a flourishing iGaming company that has been operating since 2020. We started out in Cyprus but have since opened another office in sunny Malta. Currently, we have around 250 people working in our dynamic company, and we all work closely together like family to achieve our goals. Our Payments, Risk and Fraud Officers will be responsible for processing payments for our clients whilst continuously analysing customer accounts and keeping an open eye for any fraudulent behaviour.

What we expect of you
 

• Perform risk assessment of new/current players.
• Perform EDD when appropriate.
• Evaluate, review, and approve KYC documents.
• Mitigate AML risks or proceeds of crime.
• Evaluate and identify suspicious behaviour, report internally to the MLRO and deputy.
• Conduct enhanced ongoing monitoring and compiling.
• Analyse, prepare and handle chargeback disputes.
• Compile and handle daily reports & account reviews.
• Analyse and process payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Resolve money transfers issues, missing deposits, and withdrawals.
• Assist Customer Support with escalated queries related to Risk and Payment.
• Contribute to team effort by meeting KPI's and SLA's.
