DUXGroup is a flourishing iGaming company that has been operating since 2020. We started out in Cyprus but have since opened another office in sunny Malta. Currently, we have around 250 people working in our dynamic company, and we all work closely together like a family to achieve our goals. Our Customer Support Agents will be responsible for helping our customers with their questions and always providing excellent customer service in our new planned office in Macedonia or remotely.
What we expect from you:
- Process chats, tickets, and Jira requests.
- Define clients' issues even before they ask the question "What shall I do?"
- Deliver amazing customer service providing friendly support and helpful solutions
- Accurately escalate issues to Slack/Jira and check follow-ups there.
- Follow-up on all changes and updates in Slack.
- Attend team meetings.
- Meet KPI's.
What we're looking for:
- Working knowledge of German, Italian or Portugese language (B2 and above).
- Good knowledge of English language (Upper-Intermediate and above).
- Always eager to help and problem-solving attitude.
- Fast learner.
- Prior experience working within the iGaming sector is a plus.
