Quality control (Back Office)

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
◈ Monitor calls of the sales agents
◈ Detect faults that don't match the company rules and policies
◈ Write reports in English

REQUIREMENTS:
◈ Fluency in English is a MUST (knowledge in Spanish would be an advantage)
◈ Good computer skills
◈ Fast learner, detail oriented and patient person
