Job description of Quality Assurance (QA) person “during project”; 2 persons
1. Should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in QA, preferable in GMP.
2. Preferably as well, but more important, must have experience with documentation in a QMS system.
Knowledge of
1) GMP requirements, at least the EU-GMP’s
2) Quality systems such as: change control, deviation
3) Good documentation practices
4) Validation and Qualification
5) Cleanroom design from QA point of view
6) Risk assessment & impact analyses during project stage about the design inputs from engineering firm
7) Man, material, flows, waste- flows design & their future impact on operations & GMP
8) Equipment layout, material flow fits, impact on GMP during operations
