Our idea

Tweets and posts, comments and character limits - the internet has completely changed the way we write. Documents are no longer static prose written on a screen, they are living sets of structured data.

At H4 we are taking this new idea and applying it to the world of capital markets, corporate finance and law.

Our platform integrates document editing, distribution, indexing and collaboration, together with bespoke tools for the specific industries we service. We find inspiration in the tools that software engineers build for themselves and want to bring them to the legal and finance industries.

Some might say we’re mad to challenge the status quo, but fortunately we’re backed by some of the biggest names in the business.

How we work

As a technology company, engineering and product substantially shape the way we do things as a company. However, with our current market being large financial and legal institutions, we also have a strong team of former bankers and lawyers, operating out of London, who have taken the leap to join a fast-moving startup because they believe in our mission. Key to making this work is an open and collaborative environment, where people are direct, respectful, collaborative, share ideas, and contribute to solving big and interesting problems.

We are also a young company and, as we grow, our organization and processes are constantly evolving. Things keep moving, and we all participate in creating a better organisation and work environment for ourselves.

The role

Currently our Finance team is lean, but coherent. We’re based in London and Skopje and we’re working together to build scalable finance solutions enabling us to evolve as the company continues to grow. In this role you will be working independently and have responsibility over the entire MK finance function.
