TEA MOTIVI and it's sister Companies are looking for a social media and marketing manager who has solid experience and likes new challenges. This position would be the perfect fit for someone who is self-motivated, pays attention to detail and most important is a quick lerner. He/she must be a team player, besauce we are like family!

We’re looking for a member who will grow with and invest in our joint company.

Job Requirements: 

• Excelent English skills
• Excelent Macedonian skills
• At least 3 years experience with social media management
• Knowledge of scheduling tools
• Basic knowledge of Facebook and Instagram ads
• Must be responcible and reliable 
• Self-motivated and a quick learner
• Creative

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing creative marketing strategy for the company
• Implementing the marketing plan 
• Content creation/writing
• Event organizing 
• Scheduling content
• Using various social media tools
• Comfortable with communication with the public
• Increasing brand awareness organically

Bonus Skills:

• Email Marketing
• Photoshop
• Video editing
• Basic sense of graphic design
