- CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER
ОПИС НА РАБОТНОТО МЕСТО
- Set up the CI system within production plant:
- Define KPI’s, set up the structure of the department, develop the training plan for subordinates;
- Define the job description for subordinates, participate in selection process of employees that will work in CI department.
- Define the master plan for plant to go from VSM (current situation) to VSD (future state), set up priorities of projects based on management vision
- Develop CI culture within plant organization;
- Make regular CI meetings with different departments to revise the projects, their status, KPI’s achievement;
- Provide training to CI team members, other department members in lean tools. Install educational system to train new people in lean basics;
- Set up, maintain and improve 5S system, employee suggestion system, Kaizen card system, Lean Academy;
- Create budget for CI cost center, revise the budget, plan CAPEX, OPEX for CI department;
- Participate in customer audits and be able to present the status of CI activities in the plant;
- Participate in all cost reduction ( VAVE, 6 Sigma), process improvement projects that are running in the plant;
- Follow the requirements of ISO TS 16949 , OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001;
- Adhere to internal rules and regulations adopted within the company ( quality management, HSE, environment policy, etc.).
ПОТРЕБНИ КВАЛИФИКАЦИИ
- Preferably Engineering Degree ( electrical or mechanical engineer);
- Good knowledge in Lean manufacturing tools;
- Minimum 2-3 years previous experience, preferably in Lean Manufacturing deployment in automotive industry;
- Good command of English;
- Driving license, B category.
