Senior Team Leader (m/f) is directly responsible for overseeing other overhead positions on the project and ensuring the quality of tasks and activities implemented through our Team Leader development program. That especially includes development of TL's competencies and ensuring compliance of behaviour with company's goals.

Qualifications we are looking for:

> English at level B2/C1
> German (C1-C2)
> working experience in a call center
> advanced training and coaching skills
> advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office)
> advanced communication skills
> analytical skills needed to analyse results and makie decisions based on facts and figures
> high motivation and dedication to work
> work independence and focus on results
> focus on teamwork and knowledge transfer
> flexibility and positivity in accepting changes
> high level of organization, work independence and priority recognition
