TECH90 is a supplier of technical textiles to the global motocycle garments brands. Tech90 has two manufacturing facilities; one in Turkey and one in Macedonia (Olivia Tehnic Textile – Prilep) owned by Tech90. Olivia has cutting, sewing, laser and washing facilities.

Employment Services International (ESI), for the needs of our client, is searching for a motivated and ambitious:

 

Quality Control Responsible (Shtip and Prilep) m/f

• The Quality Control responsible is to develop and maintain the required quality and productivity systems to ensure the desired quality level. The position is to support the operation’ s strategic plan by aligning the rest of the team. The product delivery commitments are to be respected while doing so.
• The quality controller is responsible for maintaining and implementing the quality assurance program. Leads a continuous improvement and if needed offers the organization plant an alternative operating system.
• The candidate should have a license degree of related technical departments, an experience of similar position for 5+ years, fluent in English and based in Shtip and Prilep. We expect the candidate to be willing and capable of teamwork.
• Should have a driving license

Duties:

• Having an understanding of the requirements of the company concerning productivity and quality; and track down the manufacturing processes to meet company objectives daily.
• Ability to effectively lead the production team and provide recommendations for improvement and problem resolution.
• Initiate, develop, and implement a quality excellence mindset for the factory.
• Serve as a staff of the management team and be responsible to make decisions or handle special functions related to quality; participate in daily production meetings with the leadership team members.
• Improve on-time shipment performance with productivity enhancement
• Responsible for tracking and reporting of critical quality KPI’s on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Grow and develop team’s knowledge and skills through coaching and guidance.
• Provide mentoring to the required personnel concerning the quality of garments.
• Perform other tasks as required by management.

Requirements Education:

University degree or equivalent in related fields

Work Experience: min 5 years’ experience in QC

Languages: Fluent English

Proven skills in management & leadership of teams & building teamwork
