Your task would be to cover the entire life cycle of employees in the company, from administrative issues related to human resource management, reporting and statistics, to complex HR topics, implementation of strategic HR processes, employee engagement and support in the recruitment process. > participation in the development and implementation of internal HR policies and procedures
> HR project management (Succession Planning, Talent Management, ISO, GDPR, CoBC, Information Security, Employee Satisfaction, etc.)
> care for employee satisfaction, proposing and implementing action plans for improvement
> report preparation and data analysis
> support to the accounting office and the office for HR administration (Shared Service Center) regarding administrative issues
> providing daily support to the team and department leaders regarding HR issues
> participation in the process of orientation for new employees
> salary calculation
> organizing and holding meetings with the team and the department leaders in order to set and achieve goals
> proposing employee engagement activities
> employee development
 

What we are looking for:

> preferably 1-2 years of work experience in the field of human resources administration and reporting
> knowledge of HR systems and metrics
> excellent knowledge of labor law
> understanding general human resources policies and procedures
> experience of working with department heads in setting goals and realizing them
> excellent computer skills
> B2 / C1 level of English language proficiency
> excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
> thoroughness and independence in work
> systematic work and the ability to set priorities in periods of varying intensity of work
