ESI Employment Services International for the needs of our client, ZTE Macedonia Skopje, is searching for a motivated and ambitious:

Manager of Operations (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and support local projects in operational and/or testing stages, and ensure best services for local and international customers across different wireless, fixed line and terminal telecommunication products
• Act as an interface to different clients on project and operational management and be responsible for customer relationship, communication and service level agreement fulfillment
• Dealing with critical or emergency cases, escalation processes and ensure communication with client; Ensure proper coordination and communication between different support departments locally and towards our headquarter in China
• Focusing and understanding the customer SLA/KPI’s to take the right measure for continuous improvement
• Manage and support the local equipment repair, return and storage in Skopje
• Manage service and support contracts and follow purchase orders, invoices and payments
• Support operational sales activities, review bidding documents and lead support service related clarification meetings with clients
• Act as health and safety representative for the Skopje office and repair center and design and monitor the safety measures. Perform and execute the company export compliance regulation and requirements in daily work.

Required qualification and job description:

• Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent
• Knowledge of government contract management, experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management by implementing best practices
• Minimum 5 years experiences in the area of telecommunication, and project and operational management
• Proactive, self­motivated and with rich communication skills
• Excellent team worker, particularly in cross – cultural teams
• Stress resistance to manage multi­cultural and geographically separated teams
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word and power point
• Proficient in English (clear command of English in speaking and writing)
