Here at Vox Teneo in Skopje, we are building digital solutions of all kinds with an extraordinary team of IT-specialists worrking on cutting edge technologies to meet the client and user needs.
In this new function, you will be collaborating with the Senior Delivery Manager to achieve the mission. Your key responsibilities are:
- Taking care of the recruitment process from profile definition till contract proposition.
- Onboarding of new employees and offboarding in case a leave.
- Preparation and organisation of the evaluation process.
- Training roadmaps for employees.
- Communication on social media.
- Salary yearly roadmap.
- Proposition of events. Travel approvals.
- Receiving bills and keep track of payment, report/tables and communication to accounting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 3 years of experience as HR/Admin manager
- At least 5 years of experience in HR/admin fields
- Great communication skills
- Good command of English
- Experience in accounting such as AP/AR
- Experience in recruitment agency is a plus
