The Junior Human Resources Specialist is responsible for the support in correct implementation of the Human Resources policies defined at the Company, in terms of labour relations and personnel management and administration, guaranteeing effective support to the Organisation's remaining functional areas, and to all employees forming part of the Organisation.

Join our family as an Junior HR Specialist!
> attend to employee queries in all labour relations matters with the Company (in more complex queries HR Specialist should be involved)
> cooperate with HR Specialist in processing recruitments into hiring in due time and form, ensuring correct social security registration and contributions, in coordination with the external manager
> support payroll processes, benefits management or H&S incidents, minimising errors in employee pay or employee’s lifecycle experience
> process disciplinary measures in coordination with the remaining functional areas involved, after aligning final scenario with HR Specialist or HRBP
> process and verifies possible attendance incidents (sick leave, absenteeism, holidays).
> support preparation of documentation which generates a relationship between the Company and the employee, processing the employee files, in line with the established procedure and coordinates its flow
> update internal procedures and contribute improvements there to increase quality of HR service
> contribute to cluster or country level HR projects or improvement initiatives.
> make the agreed queries to the official and/or social bodies with respect to personnel administration procedures.
> other tasks related to HR scope once requested by the manager to keep business continuity

What we are looking for:

> minimum studies: University diploma or degree (Law, Labour Relations, Work Studies, Business Administration and Management or similar).

> specific training and/or work experience in Human Resources Administrative Management, Post-Graduate Studies in Labour Relations and/or Labour Law.

> knowledge of: spreadsheets, Excel, Word processor, Word, Power Point, Email

> previous experience in HR IT solutions is an advantage

> B2/C1 of English language proficiency

> excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

> thoroughness and independence in work

> systematic work and the ability to set priorities in periods of varying intensity of work

> ethics and ability to build and maintain quality relationships within the HR and the operational team.
