Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer cases, app ratings and reviews; proactively find ways to respond to customers and provide product information
- Reach high TabTale user satisfaction scores
- Go the extra mile to engage users through social support
- Provide user feedback analysis within the company, and make product recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (English Language/E-business/Marketing/ - an advantage)
- Outstanding written and spoken English
- Experience in customer support - an advantage
- Service orientation
- Technical orientation
- Creative thinking and ability to solve complicated problems
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Ability to work under pressure
