                                                            SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

 

Job Summary

 

The Company Coordinator is responsible for coordinating calendars for 60+ full-time staff; scheduling

meetings between offices, clients and referral partners; making travel arrangements; completing tasks for the

Senior Leadership team. The Scheduling Coordinator assist the VP of Finance and the

Accounting Manager with responding to client’s requests regarding billing and payment.

 

Job requirements and qualifications

 

● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

● Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with

excellent attention to detail.

● Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.

● Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.

● Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

 

Core responsibilities and key tasks

 

● Communicates and coordinates meetings both internally and externally;

● Assists the Senior Leadership team with daily administrative duties and completes a broad

variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing

expense reports; making travel arrangements, itineraries and agendas;

 ● Collections call duties to include: to make calls to clients (Billing contacts: CFO, GM, Accounting Manager,

Controller or AP) on a daily basis (approx. 150 calls per week) regarding outstanding balances.
