Job brief

We are looking for an experienced Leasing Agent to meet with potential tenants and retailors interested in leasing new shopping mall space in Skopje.

An excellent Leasing Agent must be well-versed in negotiating and closing lease contracts with retailors. Ideal candidate should have proper experience on similar projects and capabilities to build and maintain good relations with potential tenants.

The goal will be to ensure the shopping mall is leased on time according to requirements and within planned budget.

 

Key job Responsibilities include:

• Meet and negotiate lease terms with retailers or potential tenants to secure the deals and submit offers;
• Building up and maintaining good relations with potential tenants;
• Prepare head of terms for the potential retailors interested in leasing space;
• Maintain data base for prospects and maintain and update the mall potential clients list (Waiting List);
• Prepare and maintaining of all necessary documents for contracts, Amendments, Lease Summaries, Cover sheets and offers;
• Meet the tenants to hear their issues & ideas and arrange a solution to their problems;
• Execute comparative surveys as requested to ensure competitive market pricing;
  Assist in preparing and adherence of annual Budget for Leasing.

 

Requirements:

• Business or marketing bachelor degree
• Strong negotiations and Leasing skills.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent in English language reading, Writing and speaking.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years in a relevant field in a reputable organization of which at least 3 years must have been spent in a Leasing position. (Shopping mall is an advantage).
