Меѓународниот републикански институт (ИРИ) огласува две работни позиции:  програмски/а соработник/чка и програмски/а менаџер/ка и за канцеларијата на ИРИ во Скопје, Северна Македонија.  Програмскиот/ката соработник/чка и програмскиот/ката менаџер/ка ќе бидат вработени за полно работно време и ќе одговараат за својата работа на директорот на програмата. ИРИ цели една од овие две позиција да ја врши кандидат/ка со одлично владеење на албански јазик.

Кандидатите/ките треба да испратат ЦВ и мотивациско писмо од една страна во кое се опишани нивните квалификации, мотивација, каква додатна вредност имаат за програмата и контакти од две лица за препорака до Илина Мангова, заменик директорка на imangova[at]iri.org до 1 јули 2020 година. The International Republican Institute’s (IRI) representative office in Skopje, North Macedonia, seeks a program Program Officer and Program Manager to support in-country program activities and office administration. The Program Pfficer and Program Manager will serve on a full-time basis and report directly to the Program Director.  IRI seeks to fill one of these two positions with a candidate with excellent Albanian language skills.

Full-time Program Officer Position

 

Title: Program Officer

Report to: Program Director

Starting Date: July - August, 2020

 

 

Job Description:  The Program Officer (PO) will provide a full range of program, logistical and office support for IRI program activities in North Macedonia.  S/he will

  • Assist with the organization and follow-up of IRI events and catalog training materials
  • Assist with reporting about program activities on a weekly and quarterly basis
  • Communicate with IRI’s partner organizations, consultants and trainers, as well as political parties and elected officials who participate in IRI’s training programs
  • Assist in Developing Long Range Annual Plans
  • Assist in Implementing Program Objectives
  • Identify Key Players and Partners
  • Develop and Maintain Contacts
  • Conduct In-Depth Assessments
  • Organize and Conduct Training Seminars
  • Prepare and Give Presentations
  • Compile and Provide Comprehensive Activity Reports including Monitoring and Evaluation Requirements.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in political, social sciences, economics or management
  • Three years of working experience, preferably with public administration or in the fields of governance and political processes
  • Familiarity and experience with Monitoring and Evaluation in strategic planning and performance measurement, reporting, data collection and analysis
  • Skilled in various computer applications
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Comfortable working with all ethnic groups
  • Ability to write convincing findings and recommendations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Macedonian

Full-time Program Manager Position

 

Title: Program Manager

Report to: Program Director

Starting Date: July - August, 2020

 

 

Job Description:  The Program Manager (PM) will provide a full range of program, logistical and office support for IRI program activities in North Macedonia.  S/he will

  • Implement and execute good governance program activities in Macedonia.
  • Work under the leadership and follow the directions of the program director
  • Participate substantively in the design of new programs and contribute to the development of program ideas
  • Maintain and develop productive working relations with relevant stakeholders, political parties, elected officials, representatives of state institutions, international organizations, consultants, IRI’s national and D.C. team
  • Compile essential monitoring and evaluation data from programmatic activities and prepare the weekly, quarterly, semi-annual, final and other relevant reports
  • Perform organizational, logistical, procurement and administrative duties
  • Actively support IRI’s communication strategy
  • Other responsibilities as required

 

Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree in political, social sciences, economics or management
  • Five years related experience, or equivalent combination, in program design and management
  • Detailed knowledge of Macedonia’s political system, civic space and good governance standards
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to coordinate and lead the efforts of other professionals to effectively meet program needs
  • Experience identifying complex problems and developing creative solutions
  • Proven ability to write effective proposals, reports
  • Has knowledge and experience with program management supported by various funders
  • Ability to conduct outreach for fundraising and promotion purposes
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Macedonian
