Cylindo is looking for an External Partners’ Manager to join our team in Bitola. You will be responsible for recruiting and maintaining effective relationships with all external partners thus contribute to our development output. Primary Responsibilities

• Works closely with VP of Delivery to improve the partnership strategy

• Develop business models related to 3rd parties

• Conducts research on the market, on competitors and potential partners

• Tracks partnership milestones and monitors performance of all partnerships

• Develops and maintains a network of contacts in partner offices and functions

• Initiates new and follows up on existing partner relations to investigate innovative ways for cooperation that will help Cylindo reach the strategic goals

• Budgeting and monitoring expenses related to 3rd parties

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a same or similar role

• Excellent relationship building and relationship management skills

• Highly developed communication and organizational skills

• Highly developed research and analytical skills

• Highly developed negotiation skills

• Fluent in English

• Previous knowledge in software of digital production is a plus

• Technical knowledge in 3D, 2D or software development is a plus
